  • Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 100% missed-appointment fee. We understand that plans change, and we strive to accommodate our members as best as possible. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Class Types

  • TRX (Pilates Suspension)

    Pilates with the use of suspension straps that hang 6 feet from the ceiling. The straps will give more stability and decrease stability during different poses. Exercises can be done standing, kneeling, supine, prone and laying on the side of the body. Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced options.

  • Circuit Conditioning

    Functional Training with the use of dumb bells, kettle bells, BOSU, barbells, AB Dolly and plyometric cubes. Circuit training is to increase bone & muscle formation. As well as improve VO2 max threshold. Intermediate and Advanced Options.

  • Group Pilates

    Every class has a different focus. Each week a different modality is used. Cadillac Tower, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Reformer, Reformer jump board, Reformer split plate and Reformer + tower combination. All classes are designed to build long lean muscle tone and balance the body three dimensionally. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced options.

  • Duet Pilates

    Two - three participants and one instructor. Whether you want small group focus or prefer to have you and a friend uninterrupted. Reformer + Tower combo, Chair, Barrel and Mat pilates. The session can be tailored to any or all modalities.

  • Private Pilates

    One on one attention with machine and mat based pilates. Working to balance your individual body asymmetries and maximize your results. All levels will be accommodated.

  • Mat Pilates

    Mat pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs.
