  • Billing and Payments at Plankt.

    Card on File Requirement: To make your experience seamless, we require all members to have a card on file when scheduling an appointment. This not only ensures a hassle-free check-in process but also guarantees a smooth billing experience for the services you enjoy at Plankt. Rest assured your payment information’s treated with the utmost security and confidentiality. By automatically billing the card on file, this eliminates the need for manual transactions, which saves you time and reduces the likelihood of late payments.

    Plankt boasts a well-equipped strength training area featuring free weights, six racks, barbells, six Pilates reformers, seven ladder barrels, and seven rower machines.

  • Tell me about the cardiovascular equipment at Plankt.

    We offer a dynamic cardio zone with eight rower machines, seven Woodway treadmills, and an Exercise with Oxygen System (EWOT) using a Peloton bike.

  • What specialized wellness tools are available?

    Plankt is proud to offer two hyperbaric chambers, a Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) mat, an AO scanner, and a red light therapy tool to support your holistic well-being.

  • Can anyone use the facilities at Plankt?

    Absolutely! Plankt’s facilities, including the massage gun, NormaTec sleeves, sauna, and lounge area, are open for gym members to utilize. The facility is also handicapped accessible.

  • Is Plankt suitable for personal training and individualized programs?

    Yes, Plankt caters to individual fitness needs with personal training sessions in the gym or pilates area, and functional neurology sessions in a private room.

  • How can I access Plankt's amenities?

  • Do I need equipment for classes?

    At Plankt, we’ve got you covered. No need to worry about bringing your own equipment; we provide everything you need for a fantastic workout experience. From state-of-the-art cardio machines to an extensive range of strength training equipment, our facility is fully equipped to meet your fitness needs.

  • What is a NKT appointment like?

    Based on the AO scan and assessment of cranial nerves, orthopedic Myotomes (specific muscles that coordinate with different spinal vertebra) and sclerotome (organ referral from emotions or physiological dysfunction) Katy works to resolve the chief complaints with pDTR protocol. PDTR is a functional neurology protocol invented by an orthopedic surgeon to resolve cerebellar compensation from pain (physical, emotional, or physiological).

  • What can I do to prepare for a NKT session?

    First, send a detailed injury history to Plankt, if you have already included it on the online questionnaire, Katy can access this information. Next, Katy will ask you what two things you would want resolved for the session, so have a few things in mind you would like to work on.

  • Does PLANKT have an app?

    Absolutely! Search “Plankt” in the App Store and you will discover our app. Next, contact us and we will send you an invite. The Plankt app includes personalized workouts in addition to scheduling.

  • How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

    Clients can create a Client Account which will let you log into the main Client Scheduling Page where you can review and manage existing appointments. You can then click the 'Change/Cancel Appointment' button from the reminder/confirmation emails to adjust appointment time.

  • How do I create a client account?

    Click on “Schedule Now” on the website and fill out your information and the appointment you want. After scheduling, you can then register for a client account. If you are a returning client, click “log in.”

  • Do I need to have a membership in order to schedule appointments at Plankt?

    No! You can schedule any session provided by Plankt without having a gym membership.

  • If I am new to Pilates, do you recommend coming to a class or trying a private session?

    We recommend you try a private training with Katy, Natalie, or Melissa so you can learn pilates form and get one-on-one attention before joining a class!

  • Difficulties viewing appointments on client account.

    Let us know if you have difficulties viewing all of your upcoming appointments on your client account.
