    +Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training arms & legs.

    +One month programming including 1 hour session via phone discussing program layout, nutrition, habits, mindset and more.

    +Workouts will be customized for the individual and uploaded to Trainerize.

    +2 participants and one instructor if you prefer to have you and a friend private session uninterrupted.
